The duck confit thigh Bar allows to present, in a simple but innovative way, this classic dish. Thigh is deboned and skin is homogeneously distributed throughout the surface of the ingot. 3-4 servings per pack.
To consume the Confit Bar, we recommend:
1. Remove content from the terrine.
2. Cut content to obtain pieces you want. We recommend amounts of 125g. per person (divide by four to get 4 servings).
3. Preparation: Put each piece by the side of the skin on a hot griddle or skillet. Leave a few minutes over high heat (8/10) until it becomes golden and crisp look. Tip: For a perfect finish, helping of tweezers, brown the sides. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Place each piece with golden skin side up on a baking tray and put in the oven at 180 ° C for 5 minutes. Remove and place on a dish with desired garnish.
