It is already spiced. It can be used hot and cold. Hot, the cooking point obtained respects the characteristics of magret meat and it is valued by most of the people. On barbecue, heating up the fatty side of the product. On grill, as the products has been dried and smoked, their qualities are similar to a magret cooked on barbecue with coal or vine shoot wood. In oven, the results obtained are similar to be cooked on grill or barbecue. Cold, cutting fine in order to elaborate "carpaccios", in salads, pasta dishes, etc.
